Chemical Peels

A powerful skin resurfacing treatment to help stimulate cellular renewal, stabilize acne and oily-prone skin, reduce hyperpigmentation, repair sun damage and minimize fine lines and wrinkles. A minimum of four peels are recommended, every two to four weeks. 

The Perfect Derma Peel

The Perfect Derma™ Peel is a medium depth, medical grade chemical peel suitable for all skin types and all ethnicities. This is our deepest peel and may be the most effective peel to address deeper skin concerns like pigmentation, acne, acne scars, large pores, and wrinkling/ fine lines. The peel contains Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA), Retinoic Acid, Kojic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Phenol, Glutathione and Vitamin C.

Contradictions:

  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding
  • An allergy to any peel ingredient listed above or to aspirin (salicylates)
  • Use of Accutane within the past four months
  • Open wounds, sunburn, infected skin, lesions, or cold sores
  • Recent treatments such as waxing, electrolysis, chemical exfoliants, lasers, or resurfacing treatments
  • Current chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy
  • A history of an autoimmune disease or any condition that may weaken the immune system (check with personal physician)
  • Vitiligo
  • A history of keloids
  • Excessive sun exposure within the past two weeks
  • Current skin irritations such as perioral dermatitis, dermatitis, or eczema
